Jamel F. Taylor

Jamel Felton Taylor born 4/4/1983 in Passaic NJ, the son of Felton E. Taylor and Shirley James. Jamel grew up and attended school in Passaic NJ and Englewood NJ obtaining his GED from the Russell C Major Liberty school in Englewood NJ that afforded him the opportunity to work as a maintenance technician to support his family - Jamel attended the Kingdom Hall in Passaic NJ the Christian congregation of Jehovah’s witnesses and learned about the kingdom promise of Jehovah and his son Jesus Christ. Jamel believed in the resurrection hope and during his study acknowledged his desire to be part of the resurrection hope. Unbeknownst to Jamel, he developed a health condition that caused his sudden death, but he knew from his study of the Bible the promised prophecy that features the fulfillment of Isaiah 33:24 which says, no resident will say I am sick and the promised prophecy at Revelation 21:4 that we all are awaiting which says, death will be no more. Most important, Jamel believed and looked forward to receiving the reward of those promises. Sadly, Jamel fell asleep in death on October 11th 2020 in Mount Arlington NJ 07856 where he resided with his wife near his side. Jamel is survived by his wife Erika Taylor, their 9 children, sons Ta’Hon Giles, Gem Taylor, Atom Taylor, Sky Taylor, Sea Taylor, their daughters Egypt Taylor, Sahara Taylor, Valley Taylor and Journey Taylor; his father Felton Taylor, and stepmother Deidra Taylor, his sister Andrea Taylor, his stepbrothers Anthony and Jerome Miller, and stepsister Michele Miller; his aunts Flora Thomas, Gloria Davis, Wanda Turner, JoAnn Turner, Evette Raymond, and a host of cousins and other relatives, acquaintances and friends who will missed him dearly. ‘He Will Call’ Life like a mist appears for just a day and disappears tomorrow all that we are can quickly fade away replaced with tears and sorrow, if a man should die, can he live again? Hear the promise God has made. He will call the dead will answer they will live at his command. For he will have a longing for the work of his own hand. So have faith and do not wonder for our God will make us stand and we will live forever As the work of his own hand. Friends of our God though they have passed away will never be forsaken, all those asleep who in God’s memory stay, from death he will awaken, then they will come to see all that life can be: Paradise eternity. He will call the dead will answer they will live at his command for he will have a longing for the work of his own hand, so have faith and do not wonder for our God will make us stand and we will live forever as the work of his own hand....
